Welcome to AutoRush. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The marketplace

AutoRush is an online marketplace that connects car buyers with dealers and private sellers in the United States. We provide the platform to list and discover vehicles; we are not a party to any transaction, do not take possession of any vehicle, and do not act as a broker, dealer, or agent.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing.
• We use passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Listings

• You may only list a vehicle you own or are authorized to sell, and you must have the right to share any photos you upload.
• Listings must be accurate — including price, condition, mileage, title status, and location.
• No fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, illegal, or off-topic listings; no stolen vehicles or those you cannot legally sell.
• Listings expire after 90 days and can be renewed from your account.
• We may remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms.

4. Conduct & messaging

Use chat and contact features respectfully and lawfully. No spam, scams, harassment, phishing, or attempts to take communications off-platform to defraud others. Do not scrape, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Transactions

All payments, inspections, title transfers, and deliveries are arranged directly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe public place, independently inspecting the vehicle and its history, and verifying the title before any money changes hands. AutoRush does not process payments and is not responsible for any transaction.

6. Fees

Listing and browsing are currently free. If we introduce fees, we will disclose them before they apply.

7. Content & license

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant AutoRush a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.

8. Disclaimers

AutoRushis provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of any user, or the condition, legality, or value of any vehicle. Any deal ratings or estimates are informational only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of users or the condition of any vehicle. Your use of the marketplace is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoRush harmless from claims arising out of your listings, content, conduct, or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
