1. Using the marketplace

AutoRush is an online marketplace that connects car buyers with dealers and private sellers. We provide the platform to list and discover vehicles; we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and do not take possession of any vehicle.

2. Listings

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, condition, mileage, and vehicle history.
• You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

3. Transactions

All payments, inspections, title transfers, and deliveries are arranged directly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend meeting in a safe location, independently inspecting the vehicle, and verifying the title before any money changes hands.

4. Limitation of liability

AutoRushprovides the platform “as is” and is not liable for the conduct of any user or the condition of any vehicle. Your use of the marketplace is at your own risk.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
