This Privacy Policy explains what information AutoRush(“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using AutoRushyou agree to this policy.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data under these legal bases: performance of a contract (running your account and listings), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service, preventing abuse), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligation where required.
A listing's public details (vehicle info, photos, city/state, seller name) are visible to all visitors. A seller's phone number is not shown publicly — it is revealed only to signed-in users on request, and sellers can hide it entirely and use chat only. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf:
Listings expire 90 days after posting unless renewed. We keep account, listing, and message data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Sign-in links expire within 15 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days.
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We store a small amount of data in your browser (local storage) for features like your saved location and compare list. We ask for your consent before using any non-essential/analytics cookies. You can manage your choice from the cookie banner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can edit your profile and listings at any time, and delete your listings from your account. To exercise any right, email us at privacy@autorushcars.comand we'll respond within 30 days.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed sign-in tokens and sessions, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
AutoRush is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy as the service evolves; we'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
